Sanctions:
- Deferred Suspension effective September 25, 2020 through June 1, 2023 (Completed)
- TIPS Certification: At least 10 members of your organization must become TIPS certified by May 31, 2021. (Completed)
- Individual members of the organization that live at the residence in question must create and present to the Inter-Greek Council regarding their experience and what they have learned from the incident, as well as the impact or potential their actions had on the community. This must be approved by the Assistant Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life, and at least 25% of the organization’s members (excluding those presenting) must attend the presentation. This must be completed my May 31, 2021. (Completed)
- While on deferred suspension, the organization must provide documentation to the Assistant Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life regarding how they are communicating the chapter’s disciplinary status to members through both new member education and annual education of the chapter. - Student Organization: College Expectations for Behavior./01. Alcohol and Drugs./a. No members, collectively or individually, shall purchase for, serve to, or sell ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES to any Minor (i.e. under the age of 21) while on Organization Premises or during an organization affiliated event, in any situation sponsored or endorsed by the organization, or at any event an observer would associate with the organization. More specifically, the possession, sale, use or consumption of alcoholic beverages must comply with any and all applicable laws of the state, province, county, city and College, and must comply with either the BYOB (APPENDIX A) or Third Party Vendor Guidelines (APPENDIX B).
Sanctions:
- Probation effective October 12, 2018 through December 31, 2020 (sanction changed due to additional incident, see above) (Completed)
- Loss of privilege – prohibited from hosting events or gatherings with alcohol on or off-campus – effective October 12, 2018 through May 24, 2019 (Completed)

- Chapter needs to hold an educational workshop for the entre chapter regarding the concept of as a new member you are always representing your organization. This workshop should include information about the chapter’s disciplinary status, why they are on that status, and what that means as a chapter. 90% of the chapter needs to be present for the workshop.
