- Student Organization: College Expectations for Behavior./01. Alcohol and Drugs./a. No members, collectively or individually, shall purchase for, serve to, or sell ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES to any Minor (i.e. under the age of 21) while on Organization Premises or during an organization affiliated event, in any situation sponsored or endorsed by the organization, or at any event an observer would associate with the organization. More specifically, the possession, sale, use or consumption of alcoholic beverages must comply with any and all applicable laws of the state, province, county, city and College, and must comply with either the BYOB (APPENDIX A) or Third Party Vendor Guidelines (APPENDIX B).
- Student Organization: College Expectations for Behavior./01. Alcohol and Drugs./h. All Recruitment/Rush/Intake and New Members activities associated with any Recognized Student Organization will be alcohol-free. No Recruitment/Rush/Intake and New Members activities associated with any Recognized Student Organization may be held at or in conjunction with a Tavern or alcohol distributor as defined in this policy. This includes, but is not limited to, “bid night,” “big/little” events or activities, or “family” events or activities.

Student organizations must comply with all federal, state and local laws and ordinances and College policy including:a/ Any College policy, rule or regulation published and available electronically on the College website.
Sanctions:
- Suspension of Recognition effective October 29, 2028 through May 21, 2021. The National Organization also suspended the local chapter.(completed)
- Before your organization may regain recognition after the designated period of time, representatives from your organization must meet with the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life or Assistant Director of Student Activities to show satisfactory completion of any assigned directives and/or to discuss stipulated conditions for your organization’s return.
