- Student Organization: College Expectations for Behavior./08. Compliance with Law & College Policy. Student Organizations must comply with all federal, state and local laws and ordinances and College policy including:/a. Any College policy, rule or regulation published and available electronically on the College website.
Sanctions:
- Revocation of Recognition through August 1, 2021 (COMPLETED)
- Deferred Suspension: Should the organization chose to reapply for recognition by the College after the revocation period is over, and is reinstated, this serves as notice that any further violations during the two years after reinstatement may result in more serious sanctions including suspension or revocation of recognition. Your organization will maintain recognition from the College while on this status.
- Your organization is required to complete the following sanction: If after the revocation period, the organization is reinstated by the College, for the two recruitment cycles immediately following reinstatement, a representative from National Headquarters will need to be the coordinator of the new member process.
