Student Organization Offices
Our student organizations play an important role in life on campus, and for many students, their student organization helps build community and a connection to TCNJ. One of the most exciting parts of the Brower Student Center is the second floor, home to the office of student organizations supporting a broad cross-section of the community with offices on the second floor. These spaces act as a home away from home for many students. During the semester, the Student Organization Offices have open office hours, open houses, and small events in their spaces. Open office hours are posted on their doors each semester. We encourage members of the community to stop by.
Office space is granted to a select number of recognized student organizations that support a broad cross-section of students within the campus community. These organizations must actively demonstrate how office space is mission-critical to their organization and fulfill certain requirements set by the Office of Student Life to maintain their tenancy.

Meeting and Event Rooms
The Brower Student Center has standard and major meeting and event rooms ranging from small conference rooms to a large event center. The spaces can be arranged in a variety of standard and custom setups. Below is a snapshot of our spaces and capabilities. Click on the room number for more in-depth information about the space.
Major Event Rooms
- Room 100 Event Center includes Room 100 East and Room 100 West
- Room 225 includes Room 225 East and Room 225 West
Standard Rooms
Major Meeting and Event Space Capacities
BSC 100 and BSC 225 can be one large room or divided into two separate rooms (East and West) to accommodate a variety of programs. These spaces utilize our event furniture inventory, including stationary blue event chairs, 5ft diameter folding round tables, 6ft folding rectangular tables, cocktail tables, and staging. This allows the spaces to utilize not only standard setups but a variety of custom set-ups.

Standard Meeting and Event Space Capacities
The standard furniture in these rooms consists of cushioned rolling chairs and 5ft rectangular tables that can be easily arranged in a variety of standard and custom set-ups. Any remaining furniture is stored neatly in the back or side of the room.

Audiovisual Equipment Information
Our meeting and event rooms are equipped with standard to state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment to support your event needs. Guests are welcome to request an event laptop or utilize their own. HDMI connection is provided when projectors are requested.
